Sutton Stracke’s Bel Air Home Renovation Update

Following a lengthy renovation approach, Sutton Stracke is last but not least almost completely ready to transfer into her new Bel-Air dwelling. “The renovations are coming little by little, but I think we’re coming to a head,” The Genuine Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member informed BravoTV.com this month. “[We] should be packing containers quite shortly.”

As ecstatic as Sutton is to begin dwelling in the $5.35 million house, she’s not exactly enthused about the process of bringing her belongings there. “I’m not excited to go,” she admitted. “[But] I’m fired up to be in my new house, for positive.” 

Sutton declared her big shift in October 2020. “All packed up and prepared to go,” she wrote on Instagram at the time. “Keeping in LA just around the corner…New dwelling, new journey!” The adhering to month, she showed building going on at the dwelling in an Instagram Story and wrote, “Permit the demolition get started!” 

While the house has been below construction, Sutton has been residing at Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky’s former Bel-Air house. “I remaining my household and marketed it, but my new residence needs a facelift,” Sutton shared on the show’s May 19 episode. “So I begun wanting for houses to lease and, ding dong, I assume, ‘Kyle’s house’ and Kyle just let me live here, even though I pay out lease.” ($20,000 per month in lease, to be correct.)
