Sam Thompson and Zara McDermott have moved a step closer to having their dream “forever” home as they show off their £1 million property.

The duo revealed their stunning new garden space after giving it a complete transformation.

Sam, 29, and Zara, 25, have been keeping fans regularly updated with the project on their joint Instagram account titled The Thompson Project.

And in new pictures the pair showed off their amazing garden transformation from a mundane yard to a bespoke modern patio and green space.

The open plan living space offers a stunning set of floor to ceiling doors which opens into the newly designed garden, making the space perfect for taking their living space seamlessly from inside to outside.

Made In Chelsea’s Sam and former Love Islander Zara seem more than happy with their new space as they gushed over the work of their landscape gardener.

They shared a snap of them both hugger the landscaper and beamed: “We love the garden so much, we never dreamed of having a garden this beautiful.”

The couple had earlier took to Instagram to comment on their latest transformation, saying: “I cannot believe this is our garden, it’s so nearly there! Some final finishing touches to do, but what do you think??”

Their new £1 million property is being completely overhauled to give the pair their dream home and sits just beside Sam’s sister Louise’s home.

He had previously admitted that while the project has been a huge stress he’s loved being a part of it and can’t wait for the final outcome.

Speaking to The Sun about the work, he said: “Genuinely, I walk around the gaff and I have impostor syndrome, like, ‘Oh my god, I can’t believe I live here’.

“I actually cried, as lame as that is, when we first moved back in. I can’t believe how awesome it looks. We’re really happy with it. I feel this is a home I can live in, I can maybe bring up kids one day. I feel very proud of it.”

The happy couple have been together since 2019 and have gone from strength to strength since their short spell apart in 2020.

Sam continued: “I wanna build the best home I possibly can for the place I’m going to spend 95 percent of my time. And eventually kids, that is my why. I live next to my sister which is so cool.

“I have no intentions of flipping and doing the whole property development stuff at the moment.”
