SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — A household-invasion theft suspect was fatally shot late Tuesday just after the Mount Hope resident he was concentrating on turned his possess gun versus him.

San Diego Police stated the split-in happened just after 9 p.m. in the 300 block of 43rd Avenue. Officers say that the 62-calendar year-aged resident returned property to uncover two males waiting for him. Just one of the gentlemen pointed a gun at the resident and demanded his possessions, law enforcement extra.
