DULUTH, Minn. – Duluth Faculty District administration can now move forward with lease negotiations for the Radio Central creating.
On Thursday, the Duluth College Board authorized a resolution to let the administration to carry out a lease settlement with Progress Acquisitions for the area positioned on Central Entrance.
The system is for the developing to be used by the Spot Mastering Center and the Educational Excellence On the web programs.
Essential renovations to the Radio Central developing are estimated at $1.3 million and are projected to be completed by the spring of 2022.
