The town of Burnet inked a deal to acquire the outdated Bealls creating on Polk Street for its new Town Hall.

Burnet Town Supervisor David Vaughn mentioned the city shut on the building Wednesday, June 16, and now owns it. 

“We paid $1 million for the constructing and foresee that it will value a different $3 (million)-$4 million in renovation prices,” he stated in an electronic mail.
